Q: How do I get XP?

You get 1 XP per minute while you're active on a channel with others, plus 1 XP per minute while you talk. Alone on a channel you get less. Games in 🎲 Games, the daily challenge (!challenge) and your streak give XP too. At night (00:00–06:00, Romania time) time XP is doubled. The cap is 600 XP a day from time, talking and games.

Q: What's my level and how much until the next one?

You're Lv your level (your rank) with your XP XP. You need what you still need XP more for Lv the next one. Details with !level, the leaderboard with !toplevel.

Q: How many levels and ranks are there?

There are 50 levels and 16 ranks, from Recruit (Lv 1) to Immortal (Lv 50). All ranks with !ranks. Your level shows as an icon next to your name on TeamSpeak.

Q: How do I make my own channel?

Join ➕ Create Your Channel and the bot instantly makes you your own channel, where you're Channel Admin. It disappears a minute after it's empty. For a permanent one, ask about "permanent channel".

Q: How do I get a permanent channel?

Type !requestchannel channel name. An administrator sees the request and approves or rejects it. If approved, the channel appears under ⭐ Permanent Channels. If nobody joins it for 10 days in a row, it deletes itself (2 days before, the bot writes to you if you are on the server; if you are away, you find out when you come back; the date is on the site, under My account › Your channel).

Q: How do I lock my channel, set a limit or invite someone?

In your temporary channel: !lock (no one new can join), !unlock, !limit 5 (slots), !rename text and !invite Name (they type !join to come in).

Q: Why was I moved to the Sleeping Room?

The bot moves you to 💤 Sleeping Room after 30 min away, 10 min with mic and sound off, or 45 min without doing anything. When you're back (talk or write it !back: TeamSpeak cannot see your mouse) it takes you back where you were. You can also go yourself with !afk. Staff members are not moved unless they write !yesafk.

How do I vote in a poll?

When the staff starts a poll, vote with !vote 1, !vote 2 and so on, by the option's number.

How do I stop the bot's messages?

Type !quiet to the bot: it stops writing to you on its own (new level, achievements, welcome, friends, daily challenge, weekly summary), but still answers when you ask, and your XP and achievements keep adding up. Warnings, support and your reminders still reach you. To get the messages back, type !quiet again. It also works from your account on tspanel.frags.ro, under Settings.

Can I leave a message for someone who is offline?

Yes: !mail Name message. They get it when they connect, and you hear that it arrived. Whoever does not want messages writes !mail off.

Why did my level go down?

If you're away for more than 7 days you lose a little XP each day: about one level per month away, never below Lv 5 and at most 15%. When you come back, the lost XP returns twice as fast.

Why am I not getting XP?

XP only comes while you're active: not in 💤 Sleeping Room, not away, not with your sound off and not more than 30 minutes without doing anything. Alone on a channel you get less. You may also have hit the 600 XP daily cap.

What is the day streak?

Your streak grows with every day you earn XP on TeamSpeak. From the second day in a row you get a bonus: 10 XP per streak day, up to 7 days. Miss a day and it starts over.

How do I make my own channel?

How do I land straight in my channel when I connect?

Join the channel you want and write the bot !sethome (also !home, !acasa): every time you connect it takes you straight there instead of the Lobby. !sethome channel = your permanent channel, !sethome ? = where it takes you, !sethome off = stay in the Lobby. You can also do it from your account on the site (Settings). It does not work for the Lobby, AFK, support or temporary channels; for someone else's channel with a password you must be inside it when you write, and if the password changes the bot forgets it.

How do I join a friend or bring them to me?

!follow Name takes you to your friend's channel (if you have access; whoever does not want it writes !follow off). !summon Name invites them to your channel: they get the invitation and come with !join.

How do I get help from the staff?

Join ⏳ Waiting for Support. The bot tells the online staff and shows your place in the queue. If no one takes you within 5 min, it also alerts the administrators. Staff online now: GanGster.

How do I report someone?

Type !report Name reason, for example !report John swearing in channel. The report goes to the staff and you get a message with what was done once it's resolved.

How do I rate the staff who helped me?

After someone helps you in 🛠 Support Room, you can type !rate 1…!rate 5 (5 = very good). Only the management sees it.

Rules & penalties

What are the rules?

In short: respect, no spam, no advertising, and listen to the staff. See them with !rules and in 📜 Rules & Info; all of them on the forum: https://frags.ro

What happens with warnings?

Warnings are given by the staff (Moderator and up). At 3 active warnings you get a 24-hour ban. A warning expires after 30 days.

Why was I kicked or banned?

The bot kicks for offensive names or names imitating the staff (after a warning) and for repeated swearing or advertising in the server chat. A ban comes at 3 warnings. To discuss a penalty, join ⏳ Waiting for Support.

Am I allowed to record?

Yes, you may. While you record with TeamSpeak, the others see the red recording icon next to your name.

What nicknames aren't allowed?

Offensive names and names that imitate the staff aren't allowed. The bot warns you and, if you don't change it within 60 s, you get kicked.

Can I post ads or links in the chat?

Advertising (other TeamSpeak servers, IP:port, Discord invites) and swearing in the server chat aren't allowed: after 3 warnings you get kicked.

Games

What games can I play?

In 🎲 Games: !quiz, !guess, !type (fastest typer), !hangman, !map, !weapon, !anagram, !truefalse, !dice, !coin. Leaderboard with !topgames. A game won with someone else in the channel gives 15 XP (at most 60 XP a day).

How do I duel someone?

In 🎲 Games type !duel Name. They answer with !accept or !decline. It's a 1v1 quiz: first to 2 points wins.

When is the quiz tournament?

The quiz tournament is Sunday at 20:00 (Romania time) in 🎲 Games, with at least 2 players: 15 questions, and the winner gets 150 XP. It's announced 10 minutes before; !tournament shows when the next one is.

What is the daily challenge?

There's a new challenge every day, the same for everyone. See it with !challenge; complete it for 50 XP, on top of the daily cap.

How do I get my game's group (CS2, CS 1.6, DayZ)?

Type !cs2, !cs16 or !dayz to get the game's group, with its icon next to your name. The same command removes it. The list with !games.

How do I find people to play with?

Write the bot !lfg cs2 2 (the game and how many more you need): free players with that game's rank hear about it privately and come with !join, and the bot brings you together in a channel. !lfg = open searches. For later: !match 21:00 cs2 5 (your friends hear about it). Get the game's rank with !games.

How do I schedule a match with friends?

!match 21:00 cs2 5 (time, game, how many you are; !match 30m cs2 works too). Only your friends on the platform hear about it (add each other with !notify Name or from your account); they join with !match yes. 10 minutes before they get a reminder, and at that time the bot gathers you in a channel. !match = your matches, !match cancel = cancel it.

Which game ranks are there and how do I get one?

Write the bot !games: see every game (CS2, Valorant, League of Legends, Minecraft, GTA V, Rust…). Get a rank by writing the game's command, for example !valorant, with its icon next to your name; write it again to remove it. With it you also hear about !lfg searches.

What are achievements?

What is the monthly season?

Every month is a season: whoever earns the most XP that month makes the podium, and the champion gets the "🏆 Champion of the month" group until the end of the next month. Your place with !season, the most active of the week with !week.
